Shipping & Delivery
Processing Time
Each piece of artwork is handmade and handled with care.
- For original artworks, orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days after payment is received.
- For custom artwork (commissions), shipping timelines will be discussed and agreed upon during the commission process. Please note that the creation of custom pieces takes additional time.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs depend on the size and weight of the artwork and the delivery destination.
- Exact shipping costs will be calculated and displayed during checkout.
- For international orders, additional customs fees or taxes may apply, which are the responsibility of the buyer.
Delivery Time
Once shipped, delivery times vary depending on your location:
- Within the Netherlands: 1–3 business days.
- Within the EU: 5–10 business days.
- Outside the EU: 7–21 business days.
Delays may occur due to holidays, customs, or courier issues. If your order is delayed, feel free to contact me for updates.
Packaging
All artworks are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
- Paintings are wrapped in protective materials and placed in sturdy packaging.
- Smaller pieces, such as drawings, may be shipped flat or in protective tubes, depending on the medium.
Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. This allows you to monitor your package's journey to your doorstep.
Damaged During Shipping
While every effort is made to ensure safe delivery, accidents can happen. If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact me within 24 hours of receiving your package. Include photos of the damage and the packaging, and I will work with you to resolve the issue (e.g., replacement or refund).
International Shipping
I ship worldwide, but please note:
- Customs duties or import taxes may be charged upon delivery. These are the responsibility of the buyer.
- Delivery times may vary depending on customs processing in your country.
